Almirante Brown estará presente en el Campeonato Sudamericano de Taewkondo que a partir de mañana, y hasta el 23, se estará disputando en Foz Iguazú. Aylen Romachuk y Brandon Martinez serán los integrantes de la delegación local que buscarán traer una medalla para el distrito.
Brandon, de 14 años, quiere repetir sus estupendas presentaciones en competencias internacionales. Tiene en su haber el logro en la categoría de cinturón negro en el Sudamericano de 2013 (Mar del Plata ), dos medallas doradas y en el Panamericano 2014 (Paraguay) otras dos preseas doradas.
Desde enero, Brandon entrena duro y ahora intensificó su preparación con con miras de repetir estos logros en el próximo Sudamericano ITF en este 2015.
Por su parte, Aylen, la joven de 26 años y vecina de Longchamps, hace 10 años entrena para llegar a lo más alto del podio a nivel internacional.
En el 2011, se consagró en 2011 como campeona sudamericana en Chile, junto al seleccionado argentino en formas, y fue subcampeona enformas de I DAN y medalla de bronce en lucha hasta 52 kg.
