El gobernador bonaerense y candidato presidencial por el Frente para la Victoria, Daniel Scioli, afirmó que si es electo le dará “prioridad a la ciencia y la tecnología en el marco de un proyecto soberano de país”, y aseguró que en materia de educación, “las prioridades pasarán por la calidad y la igualdad de acceso”.
“Dar continuidad y profundizar lo que se ha realizado en estas áreas desde el 2003, colocando la educación, la ciencia y la tecnología como objetivos prioritarios del Estado y del desarrollo soberano”, consideró Scioli al difundir su “compromiso con la educación, la ciencia y la tecnología por la red social Facebook.
Asimismo, afirmó que durante su gestión “se garantizará el 100% de escolarización de cuatro años y se avanzará en la universalización de la sala para los niños de tres años”.
“Pondremos el acceso en la calidad y en el acceso a la educación. Aumentaremos las horas de clase en la escolaridad primaria y ampliar al 80% el egreso de la escuela secundaria. Todos deberán incorporarse al dominio de las nuevas tecnologías de la información y la comunicación y una segunda lengua”, subrayó.
Para el mandatario provincial, una de las claves de su política estará en “fijar metas exigentes para todo el país, con mecanismos de evaluación de procesos y resultados permanentes”.
“Pondremos en marcha el Consejo Nacional de la Calidad Educativa que fija la Ley. Evitar que los resultados sirvan para establecer rankings o estigmatizar a las escuelas”, recalcó.
Además, adelantó que procurará “jerarquizar y fortalecer la carrera docente con la participación de las organizaciones que los representan”.
“Apoyaremos desde el Estado Nacional técnica, pedagógica y financieramente a las 2.000 escuelas primarias y 500 escuelas secundarias que atienden al 25% de la matrícula escolar del país con condiciones sociales más desfavorables y que tienen un mayor desafío para lograr la igualdad educativa”, añadió Scioli según informa la Agencia de Noticias Telam.
En cuanto a la problemática del sector superior, afirmó que se “consolidará un sistema universitario de excelencia y profundamente vinculado a los desafíos y problemáticas de su entorno regional y del país”.
“Profundizaremos las políticas científico tecnológicas en todo el país para fortalecer las cadenas de valor existentes e impulsando nuevas. Crearemos instrumentos financieros de apoyo a empresas de base tecnológica”, enfatizó.
