Leo Gutierrez y Gaby Fernandez, ex Basquetbolistas de la “Generación Dorada” se presentaron en el Club Fobal de Burzaco. El evento fue llevado adelante por la Susecretaría de Deportes Juventud y Lotería de la Provincia y por Mariano Cascallares, candidato a Intendente de Almirante Brown Por el FPV.
Una jornada de puro deporte se vivió en la tarde del martes en el Club Fobal de Burzaco. En el marco del programa provincial de la Secretaría de Deportes Juventud y Lotería de la Provincia, cientos de chicos disfrutaron de la presencia de dos campeones olímpicos con la Selección Argentina: Leo Gutierrez, multicampeón nacional y reconocido basquetbolista se presentó junto a Gabriel Fernández, con quien logró la medalla de oro en los Juegos Olímpicos de Atenas 2004 y también participó de la Generación Dorada. Además, se sumó al evento Sebastian Acosta, ex jugador del fobal y con pasado en la selección nacional.
La actividad contó con la presencia de Mariano Cascallares, Presidente del Instituto de Previsión Social (IPS), y precandidato a Intendente de Almirante Brown por el Frente para la Victoria, junto al tercer Consejal Germán Bonamezzón, Soledad Nan Díaz Lima, Directora provincial de Capacitación y Salud Deportiva, y Leonardo Troncoso, Director de Educación Física de la Dirección General de Cultura y Educación.
En ese sentido, Mariano Cascallares destacó la importancia del deporte como herramienta fundamental de inclusión en el municpio: “El deporte a través de la inclusión es uno de los pilares fundamentales en los que vamos a basarnos para llevar adelante nuestra gestión. Es un orgullo que junto con el esfuerzo de las autoridades provinciales podeamos acercar a dos figuras tan importantes dentro del basquet para que puedan estar en contacto con los vencinos de Almirante Brown”.
