La ministra de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Alicia Kirchner, por medio de una teleconferencia puso en marcha en Almirante Brown la campaña “No queremos flores” que busca concientizar a la sociedad sobre esta fecha, reivindicando el rol de la mujer y promoviendo la igualdad de oportunidades y de trato.
La presentación estuvo enmarcada en la jornada “Mujeres construyendo un país diferente”, que reunió a cientos de trabajadoras del programa “Ellas Hacen”. La actividad se realizó en Burzaco y estuvo encabezada por Secretario de Coordinación y Monitoreo Institucional del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Carlos Catagneto; y la referente local del movimiento “Kolina” y asesora de la Unidad Ministro de la cartera social, María Rosa Martínez.
Tras una introducción de la dirigente, quien se mostró emocionada por el apoyo recibido y los logros obtenidos en el área, se concretó una video conferencia con la ministra de Desarrollo Social de la Nación, Alicia Kirchner; su par de Trabajo, Débora Giorgi; la presidenta del Consejo Nacional de las Mujeres, Mariana Gras; y la titular de la Asociación Madres de Plaza de Mayo, Hebe de Bonafini.
“Estamos orgullosas de cada una de las mujeres de Almirante Brown, por su trabajo y compromiso y cuando decimos que ‘No queremos Flores’, lo que estamos diciendo es que queremos igualdad”, afirmó Kirchner desde el acto central realizado en la sede del Ministerio en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
En torno al panorama local, Martínez advirtió: “Sabemos que en octubre recuperaremos el distrito bajo nuestra hermosa bandera del Frente Para la Victoria; y sabemos que las mujeres ocuparemos roles centrales: basta de escenarios sólo de hombres”.
El cierre del evento estuvo a cargo de Castagneto, quién sostuvo que más allá del alejamiento del Gobierno municipal del oficialismo nacional, “el Ministerio siguió trabajando como el primer día por Almirante Brown”; y señaló: “Fueron las mujeres quienes pusieron el cuerpo en las épocas más difíciles”.
“La alegría también es un derecho y lo hemos recuperado, en octubre votemos con el corazón”, sostuvo el funcionario que aspira a la Gobernación.
