El equipo marplatense de San Jerónimo se adjudicó las dos categorías del Torneo Nacional de Boccias que tuvo por escenario el Polideportivo de Almirante Brown, con participación de delegaciones de todo el país y con un importante número de deportistas, muchos de ellos integrantes del seleccionado nacional que representará a nuestro país en los próximos Juegos Paralímpicos.
La competencia contó con la participación Cideli y San Jerónimo, de Mar del Plata; Avida, de Rosario; Puerto Madryn, Chubut; Córdoba; Alena y DPL de Buenos Aires; del Club Vélez Sarfield; y de los Municipios de Quilmes, Escobar, Moreno y el anfitrión Almirante Brown.
Los deportistas fueron divididos en categorías según sus posibilidades físicas. En el primer grupo BC3 el primer puesto fue para San Jerónimo; el segundo para DPL1 y el tercero para Vélez 2. En tanto que en la categoría BC4 por equipos el primer puesto fue para San Jerónimo y DPL el segundo para DSC_2886-bajaCIDELI y Escobar y el tercero para San Jerónimo.
