Luego de recibir un fuerte apoyo del gobernador Daniel Scioli y del titular de la Anses, Diego Bossio, el precandidato a intendente de Almirante Brown Mariano Cascallares lanzó una publicación con 100 propuestas de gestión sobre doce ejes para el distrito. El material ya se está distribuyendo en los barrios y centros comerciales de esa localidad.
Cascallares aseguró que “nuestra plataforma política se construye sobre cuatro ejes: gestionar desde los barrios hacia el centro con mayor presencia municipal, participación vecinal en la toma de decisiones, políticas activas de gestión para todas las problemáticas locales e integrar a Brown al modelo provincial y nacional”.
Seguridad, Obras Públicas, Medio Ambiente y Espacio Público, Justicia, Educación, Salud, Inclusión Social, Trabajo y Producción, Políticas Públicas, Deporte, Bienestar Animal y Cultura son las temáticas en torno a las cuales gira la plataforma política de Mariano Cascallares, presentada por el candidato de la Lista 2 del FPV.
Un párrafo especial merece dentro de la propuesta de gobierno la creación de la Universidad Nacional de Almirante Brown (UNAB). “Luego de años de que el Municipio no impulsará este tema clave, nosotros sí vamos a concretar el sueño de la Universidad para todos los brownianos”, aseguró Cascallares.
Un fuerte aumento de la inversión municipal en la prevención del delito, la creación de nuevos destacamentos policiales en los barrios, el impulso a la Policía Local que creó Daniel Scioli con el respaldo del FPV y la puesta en marcha de un programa de tecnología aplicada a la seguridad ciudadana, son algunas de las propuestas en materia de Seguridad.
En la plataforma política, Cascallares se compromete a “duplicar la cobertura del servicio de agua potable y desagües cloacales” en Brown. También anticipa que la recolección de residuos será más eficiente y abarcará a todos los barrios y que se creará la Planta Municipal de Pavimentación para que el asfalto llegue a miles de cuadras que hoy son intransitables.
En Justicia la creación del Polo Judicial browniano y un programa de Protección Integral de la Mujer, en Educación la ejecución del Fondo Educativo para obras en escuelas, la construcción de nuevos establecimientos escolares y la jornada completa en la educación básica son algunas de las propuestas.
En salud Cascallares propone crear los centros de atención primaria de la salud con atención durante las 24 horas los 365 días del año. También se pondrá en marcha el Polo de Salud en la Quinta Ramón Carrillo y se creará el servicio de emergencias en dicho distrito. Todas las unidades sanitarias abrirán hasta las 18 y se reforzará el plantel médico actual.
Finalmente, Cascallares se comprometió a priorizar a los barrios brownianos jerarquizando a las delegaciones municipales y designando a un responsable con recursos y herramientas para darles respuestas a los vecinos.
