Cinco personas, entre ellas tres menores de edad, fueron detenidas luego de un allanamiento realizado en la localidad de Rafael Calzada, partido de Almirante Brown, durante el que se halló mercadería que había sido robada a un camión.
Según informaron fuentes policiales, los investigadores lograron detener a la banda, integrada por tres menores, quienes minutos antes, en las calles Falucho y Catamarca, habrían robado un camión Chevrolet que transportaba más de 200 bultos de jugos y gaseosas.
El procedimiento tuvo lugar en las inmediaciones de Avellaneda y Cardenal de San Francisco Solano, donde se halló el rodado en estado de abandono y la policía allanó las inmediaciones, logrando dar con los elementos incautados en una vivienda cercana.
En el lugar, los efectivos secuestraron 200 bultos de bebidas, pertenecientes al camión incautado, y además, una motocicleta marca MOTOMEL que tenía pedido de secuestro activo por el delito de “hurto”. Los integrantes de la banda, quedaron a disposición de la justicia en el marco de la causa “Encubrimiento”.
Trabajó en las detenciones el personal de la comisaría 5ta y 10ma, en conjunto al Gabinete de Prevención local y la causa tramita en la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción del Fuero de Responsabilidad Penal Juvenil N° 4 a cargo de la fiscal María Isabel Lanfranchi del Departamento Judicial de Lomas de Zamora.
