Los vecinos de Almirante Brown recibieron un no tan agradable regalo de fin de año por parte de su Intendente Municipal. Las boletas de la Tasa de Servicios Generales de la Agencia Municipal de Recaudación vino con la sorpresa de un tarifazo que en algunos casos llega a más de 200 por ciento.
“En inentendible, yo esta suma escandalosa no lo voy a pagar, me gustaría que me expliquen a que va destinada esta plata”, expresó, indignado, Luis, vecino de Longchamps que en diciembre pago 110 pesos y este mes deberá abonar 290, es decir, casi un 150 por ciento de aumento.
En Adrogué, por ejemplo, algunas boletas pasaron de 351 a 870 pesos, un 250 por ciento de incremento. “A donde va la plata, porque en obras no se ven, lo que si se ven es la presencia de Darío Giustozzi en diversos canales de comunicación”, denuncian los vecinos a través de las redes sociales.
Este impuestazo va acompañado además de un incremento en el presupuesto de la “Agencia Municipal de Información Ciudadana”, que maneja los recursos que el Gobierno Municipal destinada a publicidad y propaganda.
Tal como informa el Portal de Noticias Política del Sur durante la sesión ordinaria del 19 de diciembre, el Frente para la Victoria acompañó la aprobación del Presupuesto 2015 en general, pero en particular rechazó los artículos 9, 10, 11 y 12, ya que éstos otorgaban potestad de “readecuar todas las partidas presupuestarias” y “modificar la estructura programática”.
También objetaron el rol de la Agencia Municipal de Información Ciudadana que tiene un incremento del presupuesto del 147 por ciento; 43.854.000 pesos, sin una definición de acciones específicas.
Todo esto se da en el contexto de un año electoral con Darío Giustozzi en campaña para ser candidato a gobernador de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, una campaña que parece la están financiando los vecinos de Almirante Brown.
Basta recordar las denuncias que recibió el diputado el año pasado, y que dio cuenta este diario, por el desvío de los fondos que el Gobierno Nacional envía para refacción de escuelas y jardines de infantes y también del dinero destinado a obras publica municipal para financiar su candidatura, como el gasto de medio millón de pesos del municipio para una publicidad en el mundial de fútbol para difundir su figura.
A fin de año, a estas denuncias, se le sumaron las acusaciones del partido Coalición Cívica-ARI de Almirante Brown a Giustozzi por su multimillonaria autopublicidad con fines electorales.
Según informó la Agencia Nova, ex intendente habría gastado más de 13 millones de pesos en publicidad oficial solamente en los primeros cinco meses del año 2014. “Esto es obsceno y no se puede permitir”, enfatizaron desde dicho espacio político.
Los exactamente $13.603.397 millones corresponden al pago a productoras de radio, televisión y a la prensa gráfica, incluyendo entre los beneficiarios a un reconocido periodista del espectáculo cercano a Sergio Massa cuyo programa de chismes por TV abierta de las tardes tuvo como invitado estrella a Giustozzi en varias oportunidades (Orden de Compra N° 347).
Según publica el mencionado medio, solo para un portal de noticias del distrito de la Tercera Sección llamado “De Brown”, del concejal oficialista Mario Fuentes, Giustozzi habría dispuesto pagar $126 mil (Orden de Compra N° 350) en concepto de publicidad en los primeros meses de 2014 y el monto habría superado los $400 mil en el mismo período cuando se trató de publicidad en el suplemento zonal de un diario argentino que dice ser grande.
Otro dato destacado: el pago de $103 mil (Orden de Compra N° 186) al conductor de un programa matutino de una radio AM líder que pertenece al mayor multimedios del país; lo mismo que destinó al periodista que acaparó durante los domingos a la noche la escena televisiva nacional (Orden de Compra N° 279).
Desde la CC y el ARI de Almirante Brown denunciaron una “flagrante violación al Código Nacional Electoral” que en su artículo 64 bis prevé que “la campaña electoral se inicia treinta y cinco (35) días antes de la fecha del comicio”.
