Cientos de jóvenes de escuelas secundarias de Almirante Brown participaron de la instancia distrital del Parlamento Juvenil y, además de debatir sobre cuestiones relativas a su propio desarrollo educativo, eligieron a los 50 compañeros que los representarán en la etapa provincial que se desarollará en la Cámara de Diputados de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Durante la jornada los chicos trabajaron y obtuvieron conclusiones sobre distintos tópicos que se utilizaron como disparadores de la discusión: inclusión educativa, género, jóvenes y trabajo, participación ciudadana, integración latinoamericana y derechos humanos.
El encuentro que se realizó el viernes en el Colegio nacional de Adrogué contó con la presencia del subsecretario general de la Presidencia y referente del FpV local, José Lepere; el titular del IPS y concejal browniano, Mariano Cascallares, la directora Provincial de Enseñanza Secundaria, Claudia Bracchi; la secretaria general y el secretario de organización de la CTA Almirante Brown, Cecilia Cecchini, y Pablo Jiménez, entre otras autoridades nacionales, provinciales y locales.
“Es importante promover para los jóvenes espacios de participación y canales de diálogo y, sobre todo, es fundamental escuchar lo nos tiene para decir porque ellos, los jóvenes, representan su propia escuela y deben ser los principales protagonistas de las políticas educativas“, enfatizó el Lepere al tiempo que destacó “la necesidad de continuar con el camino de recuperación de la escuela pública e inclusión educativa de los últimos años lograda por las públicas públicas implementadas por el proyecto nacional”.
Por su parte, Cascallares remarcó “la decisión política de defender e impulsar a la Educación Pública, pues de la mano de ella llegarán las soluciones a la mayoría de los problemas que nos aquejan como sociedad”.
Durante la jornada brindó una charla la Defensora del Público de Servicios de Comunicación Audiovisual Cynthia Ottaviano quién se refirió sobre los derechos que tienen los jóvenes como usuarios de los medios de comunicación.
“Para nosotros es fundamental que podamos tener estos espacios donde podamos hace oír nuestra voz sobre la escuela y el país que queremos. Hay muchos pibes comprometidos y cada vez son los más los que tienen ganas de participar y debatir sorbe el futuro de nuestro país que va ser nuestro futuro, por eso estamos felices de que se den estos espacios“, aseguró, en representación de todos los jóvenes presentes, Dolores Gómez, presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes Secundarios del distrito

El Parlamento Juvenil del Mercosur es un proyecto que se desarrolla en las escuelas secundarias de Argentina, Bolivia, Brasil, Colombia y Uruguay, con el objetivo de promover espacios de participación y canales de diálogo para los y las jóvenes en cuestiones relativas a su propio desarrollo educativo y en la reflexión de las políticas públicas dirigidas a ellas y ellos. De esta manera se favorece a la integración, la inclusión plena y la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos, abordando temas que tienen una profunda vinculación con sus vidas presentes y futuras.
Tiene por objetivo general el logro de la inclusión educativa abriendo espacios de participación real que favorezcan la integración, la inclusión plena y la adquisición de aprendizajes significativos para que los y las jóvenes intercambien, dialoguen y discutan entre ellos/as abordando temas y cuestiones que tienen una profunda vinculación con sus vidas presentes y futuras, y con ideas acerca de la escuela media que quieren.
