Dos hombres serán juzgados por el homicidio de Carlos Rodríguez Frers, socio de la empresa de seguridad privada Codesear. El hecho ocurrió en septiembre de 2013, en Burzaco. Uno de los imputados había sido empleado de la víctima y el motivo del ataque habría sido un ajuste de cuentas.
La investigación finalizó y la causa fue elevada a juicio oral. Sin embargo, aún no hay fecha para el inicio de las audiencias. La causa se encuentra en el Tribunal Oral en lo Criminal N° 8 del Departamento judicial de Lomas de Zamora.
Los acusados son Martín García, de 28 años, ex empleado de la empresa; y su cuñado, Horacio Alonso Sembrana. Ambos están imputados de “homicidio en concurso real con robo agravado”. Llegan al procedo judicial con prisión preventiva.
El hecho
El hecho ocurrió el 15 de septiembre de 2013 cuando Carlos Rodríguez Frerz, de 30 años, fue hallado con signos de asfixia en su Chevrolet Astra. El vehículo estaba estacionado en Paraná al 1100, en Burzaco, en las inmediaciones del Parque Industrial de dicha localidad.
Horas antes del crimen, su mujer había denunciado que dos delincuentes habían ingresado a la vivienda que compartían, ubicada en Villa Galicia, Temperley, y se habían llevado algunos objetos de valor. La víctima era socio de la empresa de seguridad privada Codesear, que opera en el sur del Conurbano.
A partir de la investigación realizada por personal de la comisaría local, se identificó a Martín García como un posible sospechoso. Se trata de un ex chofer de la compañía, que de acuerdo al testimonio de otros trabajadores, no se había desvinculado en buenos términos. Según confirmaron, el acusado había sido despedido tres meses antes del episodio.
Si bien durante todo el proceso se manejaron dos hipótesis. Una de ellas apunta a que la víctima debía dinero y que su crimen fue un ajuste de cuentas; mientras la otra, que ha logrado mayor relevancia en la investigación, apunta a que el crimen responde a una deuda financiera que la empresa tendría con el ex empleado.
En la acusación realizada por la fiscal Andrea Nicoletti, se sostiene que García y su cómplice fueron a robar a la casa de Rodríguez Frers y, como no encontraron el dinero que querían, interceptaron al empresario y finalmente lo mataron.
