El niño apuñalado fue trasladado de urgencia al Hospital Gandulfo de Lomas de Zamora pero las graves heridas le ocasionaron la muerte.
Por tratarse de un menor, el victimario permanecerá en libertad. No obstante, se espera que la fiscalía 4 del Fuero Penal Juvenil de Lomas de Zamora le aplique alguna medida de seguridad tras lo sucedido
