Leo García tiene una larga trayectoria dentro del panorama under de Buenos Aires. Desde 1990 y hasta 1997 lideró, Avant Press, un grupo de techno pop que marcó un espacio en la escena independiente. Este cuarteto fue invitado por Soda Stereo para telonearlos en el Festival Alternativo que tuvo lugar en el ’96. Ya por entonces la prensa los marcaba como sucesores del trío Cerati-Alberti-Bossio, hecho que quedó oficializado cuando éstos también los invitaron para los shows despedida en River, como una forma de entregarles la posta.
En 1999, Leo disuelve Avant Press y se entrega a lo que sería su carrera solista. Fue guitarrista estable de la banda de Cerati, con quien entablo una intensa relación musical y personal.
En el show del sábado, Leo hará un repaso de su carrera donde no faltarán sus hits “Morrisey”, “Reírme más”, “Tesoro”.
