La Presidenta habló en Casa de Gobierno en un acto en el que encabezó distintas inauguraciones en Salta, Formosa y la provincia de Buenos Aires y en el que se firmó con 17 provincias una nueva prórroga del plan de refinanciamiento de deudas.
La presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner encabezó una acto en Casa de Gobierno en el que se conectó por videoconferencia con la provincia de Salta, en la que inauguro obras en un hospital de la ciudad de Encarnación, con la provincia de Formosa, donde se inauguró una sede de la Escuela Nacional de Experimentación y Realización Cinematográfica, y con la localidad bonaerense de Morón en la que se inauguró una escuela para hipoacúsicos.
Tras estos actos, la Presidenta habló en Cadena Nacional. En su mensaje destacó la firma con 17 provincias de una nueva prórroga del plan de refinanciamiento de deudas provinciales y dijo que el ex presidente Néstor Kirchner, cuando asumió, devolvió a las 11 provincias que tenían sus propias monedas “esa dignidad de volver a tener el peso de todos los argentinos”.
“En 2010, comenzamos con el desendeudamiento financiero de las provincias”, destacó la Presidenta durante un acto en Casa de Gobierno donde se firmó con 17 provincias una nueva prórroga del plan de refinanciamiento de deudas provinciales.
Además, Cristina anunció junto al ministro de Salud de la Nación, Daniel Gollan, la inclusión de hombres adultos de entre 20 y 64 años en el Programa Sumar, ampliación que abarcará a más 4 millones de varones de todo el país que no tienen cobertura social.
“El plan Sumar, que se suma al Nacer, lanzado por Néstor Kirchner en 2004, sumados a los planes de Salud del gobierno y las políticas inclusivas, dan una cobertura a los argentinos que tenemos que defender y cuidar”, dijo la Jefa de Estado al annciar que el Plan también incluirá a hombres entre 20 y 64 años.
Además, agregó que a partir de ahora “están todos cubiertos” por los planes, ya que en el Plan Nacer de Néstor Kirchner (2004) estaban incluidos los niños y niñas, y luego con el Plan Sumar jóvenes y mujeres, y ahora hombres también.
Sobre el cierre de su discurso, la presidenta remarcó que “hay que seguir haciendo las cosas que dieron resultado” para estar mejor, y llamó a quien tenga una “mejor receta”, a que “la explique en serio, con números”.
“Siempre se puede ser mejor, pero para eso hay que seguir haciendo las cosas que dieron resultado. Si alguien tiene una receta mejor, que lo explique en serio, con números”, dijo, y agregó: “Tenemos que seguir trabajando con mucha convicción y esperanza, en este camino debemos seguir, con escuelas, hospitales, laboratorios y chicos especiales como hoy, con los jóvenes, no sólo con los que militan sino también con los que estudian, con los que trabajan, porque hoy estamos en un país totalmente diferente”.
