El cumbre partidaria, que será en Parque Norte a partir de las 9, tiene como objetivo conformar frentes electorales por lo que se aprobará que el PJ integre el Frente para la Victoria en las próximas elecciones, según adelantaron fuentes partidarias.
Los más de 900 congresales del peronismo -entre ellos gobernadores, los intendentes, los legisladores y las agrupaciones juveniles- volverán a coincidir en su apoyo al proyecto nacional que conduce la presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner a quien reconocen como “la única y gran electora”.
“Les pido un baño de humildad a los compañeros de nuestro espacio para que reconozcan y acompañen a quien está mejor capacitado para una función. La patria es el otro y contribuyamos a fortalecer este proyecto nacional, popular y democrático”, dijo la mandataria en su discurso de hoy en el Chaco.

El encuentro estará presidido por el gobernador de Formosa, Gildo Insfrán, y contará con la presencia de 942 congresales con mandato de los 24 distritos electorales (23 provincias más la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires), que han sido avalados por los juzgados federales con competencia electoral de todo el país.
Los congresales están citados en Parque Norte a las 9, aunque hay un segundo llamado a las 11, luego de lo que se comenzará a trabajar cuando se reúna el quórum que lo habilite.
Los congresales de Parque Norte han sido elegidos por votación directa de los afiliados del PJ de cada provincia o indirecta de los congresales, pero en ambos casos fue legitimada su representación por los juzgados electorales de cada provincia, según informó Landau.
Un punto importante a definir de cara a las elecciones primarias, abiertas y obligatorias de agosto pasa por delinear quiénes serán los apoderados del PJ nacional, ya que son esos dirigentes los que autorizan con su firma las listas de candidatos.
Desde los distintos sectores del peronismo confirmaron a Télam que “no habrá novedades en ningún aspecto” porque serán refrendadas “las mismas autoridades” y los apoderados seguirían siendo los mismos.
“El objetivo del Congreso es dar autorización al Partido Justicialista para la constitución de un frente electoral para las PASO de agosto y para las elecciones presidenciales de octubre, para que pueda participar en las dos categorías nacionales, la de presidente y vice, y la de legisladores del Mercosur”, explicó a Télam el apoderado del PJ, el diputado nacional Jorge Landau.
El Frente para la Victoria fue fundado en 2003 para acompañar la candidatura presidencial de Néstor Kirchner, quien finalmente resultó electo presidente de la Nación para el período 2003-2007.
Desde esa primera vez, compitió dos veces más, la primera en 2007 cuando fue electa presidenta Cristina Fernández de Kirchner, y en 2011, cuando Cristina obtuvo la reelección por el 54,11 por ciento, por lo que esta vez será la cuarta elección en la que participa el Frente para la Victoria a nivel nacional.
