La familia de Nahuel Iraizos espera por una resolución judicial que deje sin efecto la “libertad asistida” que posee desde hace más de dos años Alejandro Etchechury, el homicida de su hijo Nahuel, quien fue condenado a 14 años de prisión. Además, denunciaron amenazas de los cómplices del asesino.
En 2004, Nahuel Iraizos murió luego de haber recibido un disparo en la cabeza cuando Alejandro Etchechury, Irineo Rojas y Víctor Hugo Sierra ingresaron armados a la maderera de la familia, en Longchamps. La familia Iraizos presentó un recurso ante la Corte Suprema de Justicia de la Nación apenas supo que el asesino de su hijo iba a quedar libre. “Cuando me enteré de esto, presenté un recurso ante la Suprema Corte de Justicia, donde declaré que me opongo a la libertad asistida”, explicó a Info Región el padre del joven. “Ese recurso finalmente ingresó, cuando en general son rechazados, y todavía tengo la esperanza de que se revierta el fallo y logremos que lo metan preso de vuelta”, completó.
Las amenazas
“Hace unos meses empezaron a llamar por teléfono desde la cárcel”, contó Iraizos. Y culpó de las amenazas a quien lo quiso matar en agosto de 2004. “Las primeras llamadas fueron a la fábrica, y como no estaba, atendió mi yerno. Todas provinieron de la penitenciaría y fueron tres veces seguidas. Mi yerno al principio no atendió, pero a la cuarta vez llamaron desde un número privado. Ahí si atendió y quien llamó dijo: ‘Hola Iraizos, ¿No me conoce? Soy Irineo Rojas’. Mi yerno se puso nervioso y cortó rápidamente la llamada”, repasó Hugo Iraizos.
Tras una serie de investigaciones, se comprobaron que todas las llamadas provinieron del Penal de Florencio Varela y en esta causa tramita la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción (UFI) 4 de Lomas de Zamora.
Además de las llamadas, Iraizos afirmó que pesar de la custodia que posee, tanto en su casa como en la maderera, le robaron un coche “y lo prendieron fuego a unas cuadras de casa”. “Tras esto, hubo otros hechos que se siguen sumando y hace que todo sea muy complicado”, lamentó.
Y concluyó: “Este caso estaba tan claro en su momento y todo estaba encaminado para que termine bien; es increíble que a través de vericuetos legales lo dibujen para que nunca lleguemos a la verdad”.
