El gobierno ofreció una recompensa de 200.000 pesos para quienes brinden datos que permitan lograr la aprehensión de Tito Franklin Escobar Ayllon, el taxista acusado de abusar sexualmente de una joven a la salida de un bar del barrio porteño de Colegiales.
La oferta de recompensa fue dispuesta por la resolución 840/2015, publicada hoy en el Boletín oficial con la firma del ministro de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, Julio Alak, luego de la solicitud formulada por el juez en lo Criminal de Instrucción 2 porteño, Manuel Gorostiaga, a cargo de la causa, quien solicitó la captura nacional e internacional del acusado.
“Ofrécese como recompensa dentro del territorio de la República Argentina, la suma de pesos doscientos mil ($ 200.000), destinada a aquellas personas quienes, sin haber intervenido en el hecho delictual, brinden datos útiles que sirvan para lograr la aprehensión de Tito Franklin Escobar Ayllon (D.N.I. N° 92.923.984)”, señala en su artículo primero la resolución.
Detalla asimismo que “las personas que quieran suministrar datos, deberán comunicarse telefónicamente con el Programa Nacional de Coordinación para la Búsqueda de Personas Ordenada por la Justicia al (011) 5300-4020”.
“El pago de la recompensa será realizado en este Ministerio o en el lugar que designe el representante de esta Cartera de Estado previo informe del representante del ministerio público fiscal sobre el mérito de la información aportada, preservando la identidad del informante”, consigna.
El hecho por el que se acusa a Ayllon Escobar ocurrió el domingo 19 de abril a la madrugada, cuando una chica de 20 años salió de un bar del barrio porteño de Colegiales y como una amiga se había quedado con sus pertenencias caminaba llorando hacia la parada de un colectivo.
Denunció que en esas circunstancias fue abordada en la esquina de avenida Federico Lacroze y Olleros por un taxista que le ofreció llevarla hasta su casa.
De acuerdo a la denuncia, a las pocas cuadras se quedó dormida y se despertó cuando el hombre se hallaba sobre ella y ya le había sacado la bombacha.
Si bien intentó persuadirlo diciéndole que era HIV positiva, el taxista se colocó un preservativo, la violó y la dejó abandonada en la esquina de Artigas y Arregui.
La denunciante participó ayer de una rueda de reconocimiento fotográfica ante el fiscal de la causa, Eduardo Cubría, y en la audiencia le mostraron imágenes de los choferes de la misma empresa que trabajaron en la misma franja horaria en la que ocurrió el hecho.
José Luis Ferrari, abogado de la joven, informó a Télam que la chica reconoció en las fotografías al acusado prófugo Tito Franklin Ayllon Escobar (44), quien se encuentra entre las personas más buscadas por Interpol.
El letrado recordó que la denunciante ya había realizado un dictado de rostro que “se parece mucho” a la foto del taxista buscado y que figura en la página web de Interpol con una “notificación roja”
