El Handball adaptado tuvo su arranque el sabado pasado con el incio de la primera fecha del campeonato local. El torneo se compone de seis equipos que competirán en dos ruedas a lo largo de todo el año. También los amantes d eesta disciplina van a poder asistir al torneo nacional y las prácticas del seleccionado argentino en el centro deportivo de Ministro Rivadavia, según informaron fuentes muncipales.
Para la entrenadora de handball en silla de ruedas, Denise Lestón “el año pasado fue muy positivo porque tuvimos un Panamericano donde la mayoría de nuestros deportistas participaron y esepramos poder repetir esa experiencia para este año”.
Además, otro de los entrenadores Martín Flores destacó que “gracias al trabajo de los profesores nosotros tenemos una gran convocatoria ya que en la vida cotidiana cuándo vemos una persona que tiene una discapacidad para caminar lo invitamos a que se sume a practicar los deportes que estamos ofreciendo”.
Los interesados en participar pueden acercarse al Polideportivo Muncipal los días lunes de 14:30 a 16:30 hs, martes de 16:30 a 18:30 hs. , Miercoles de 16 a 19 hs., y sábados de 10 a 14 hs.
