Un hombre con pedido de captura internacional fue detenido en las últimas horas en un allanamiento realizado en la localidad de Claypole, partido de Almirante Brown, acusado de abusar sexualmente de su hija de 13 años en enero del corriente año, informaron fuentes policiales.
El operativo estuvo a cargo de los efectivos de la DDI de Esteban Echeverría, quienes realizaron tareas de inteligencia para dar con el abusador que se había fugado a Paraguay, y que regresó al país con su nueva pareja a un domicilio de San Francisco Solano, partido de Quilmes.
Los hechos se iniciaron cuando la madre de la víctima realizó la denuncia policial en la que acusó al padre de la menor por abuso con acceso carnal, situación que fue corroborada a raíz de diferentes diligencias judiciales como el uso de una “Cámara Gesell” y reconocimiento médico legal.
Según se supo, en una oportunidad, la menor había ido de visita a la casa de su padre -ubicada en las calles El Pato y El Jilguero, de San Francisco Solano- y en horas de la noche se acostó junto a su padre, quien la abusó sexualmente, situación que se habría repetido en varias oportunidades más.
Iniciadas las tareas investigativas se procedió a solicitar el pedido de captura internacional a través de INTERPOL, luego de establecer que el acusado se había fugado y estaba residiendo en un barrio de Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, con una nueva pareja del país vecino. Sin embargo, el prófugo regresó a su domicilio argentino junto a su mujer paraguaya y en ese momento fue atrapado por los investigadores.
Intervienen la Unidad Funcional de Instrucción Nº 12 a cargo de Fernando Semisa y el Juzgado de Garantías Nº 6, ambos del Departamento Judicial Lomas de Zamora.
