Ante una multitud que la escuchaba bajo una copiosa lluvia, la ex mandataria pidió “reflexionar juntos, recordando la historia” para ver que no es el primer caso de un ex presidente perseguido por la Justicia. Puso como ejemplos al derrocamiento de Hipólito Yrigoyen y Juan Domingo Perón, con las consecuentes causas judiciales que se armaron luego de esos hechos.
En ese sentido, Cristina remarcó que “no podrían haberse consumado los atropellos y desgracias sobre tantos argentinos y argentinas sin la complicidad del Poder Judicial”. Y subrayó: “Estoy segura de que si pudieran prohibir la letra K del abecedario, lo harían”.
Al señalar el edificio de Comodoro Py, Cristina se quejó de algunas causas que duermen hace años en tribunales. “Algunos como el caso Graiver y crímenes de lesa humanidad siguen en este edificio. Adentro de este edificio, en algún despacho, en algún cajón, en algún basurero, esta la causa de apropiación ilegitima, torturas yd desapoderamiento de la familia Graiver que aun espera justicia en la Argentina”, señaló.
“Quiero que la gente vuelva a ser feliz en la República Argentina: quiero que vuelva a tener libertad”, remarcó la dirigente, al tiempo que cuestionó la detención de Milagro Sala. “Que una dirigente social como Milagro Sala esté encarcelada sin que sepa a ciencia cierta de qué se la acusa, por qué se la juzga, atenta contra los derechos y garantías de una democracia”, consideró.
Cristina se refirió en varios tramos de su discurso al escándalo internacional de los Panama Papers que involucra al presidente Mauricio Macri. “De repente aparece este escándalo internacional que no hace más que revelar lo que muchos ya sabíamos pero que prolijamente había sido ocultado por los medios de comunicación“, advirtió.
En ese sentido, manifestó: “No se enojen con otro argentino por quién votaron. Pregunten si conocían la causa del contrabando, Manliba, los dirigentes cooptados. ¿Cuánta gente se acuerda de esto? Porque hay una maquinaria comunicacional dedicada a tapar esto y elevar a la enésima potencia cualquier otra cosa que sea una distracción de estos mecanismos de corrupción y que significan transferencias de ingresos de las clases medias , pequeños productores y trabajadores a las elites gobernantes y sus vinculados. Esta es la historia de Argentina”.
“Les propongo, con inteligencia, que seamos capaces de conformar un Gran Frente Ciudadano. Convoquen a los dirigentes sindicales también, a esos que nos hacían huelgas porque no querían pagar Impuesto a las Ganancias y ahora están echando a la gente como perros”, siguió.
La consigna de ese frente debe ser, según Cristina, “preguntarle a cada uno como estaban antes del 10 de diciembre. Ese frente ciudadano no tiene que preguntarle a nadie de qué partido viene sino solamente tres cosas: cómo estabas, cómo estás y si podés estar mejor de lo que hoy estás”.
Para lograr ese objetivo, convocó a organizar “una gran jornada de reflexión nacional. Que durante 24 horas la gente apague la televisión, la radio, los diarios y medios electrónicos. Que cada uno piense introspectivamente y con su familia cómo estaba antes del 10 de diciembre, cómo vivió los últimos 12 años, qué cosas obtuvo y logró. ¿Se acuerdan cuando les decía que muchos creen que es su propio esfuerzo y no hay políticas de Estado? Que vean si están haciendo su mismo esfuerzo y les está yendo igual”.
