Las fuentes aseguraron que la fiscalía a cargo del caso no dispuso ninguna medida restrictiva contra el suboficial implicado en el hecho.
Tomó intervención la comisaría sexta de Avellaneda, donde se instruyeron actuaciones por “homicidio en ocasión de tentativa de robo”.
Otro caso en Avellaneda. Semanas atrás, se produjo un incidente de similares caraterísticas pero con un final que sólo dio como resultado dos heridas de bala a un policía que se resistió al asalto. El intento de robo se produjo cuando un oficial de 28 años salía de su vivienda, en la calle Güemes, vestido de civil hacia su trabajo cuando fue abordado por delincuentes que intentaron robarle el auto, pero él se resistió y se produjo un tiroteo.
